The 2024–25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form is available for you and your child to complete at fafsa.gov.
Don't delay in helping your child submit their FAFSA form. Applying before the state deadline is the best way for your child to be eligible for as much aid as possible for college, career school, or trade school. While many states have pushed back their deadlines, many states also have limited student aid funds, so the sooner your child applies, the better. Remember, your child must complete a FAFSA form every year they're enrolled in school to be eligible to receive federal student aid.
